Can I bring a Plus One?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest".

While we love your children, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only affair. We hope you can enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is Formal Attire. No jeans please. Additionally, the stone pathways and grass may make stiletto heels difficult to walk in.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend guests arrive between 3:45-4:00 pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you are driving to the venue, please note that it will take additional time to make it to the Old Wine Cellar Terrace from the parking lot as they are on opposite ends of the property.
If you arrive late, the coordinator will let you know if guests are still able to be seated.
WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BEING HELD?
The wedding ceremony will take place at the Old Wine Cellar Terrace. If you are driving to the venue, please park at 'P3' as noted in the map below.
The reception will take place inside the Château following the wedding ceremony.
Please note that the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Please park at 'P3' as noted in the map above.
Please note that Uber does not operate in Sutton and taxis can be hard to come by so we have arranged for a shuttle. If you are staying at Le Montagnard, there will be a shuttle at 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm to bring you to the venue for the ceremony. There will also be a late night continuous shuttle running from 10:30 pm - 12:30 am.
MAY I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony is "unplugged" and we ask that all phones are turned on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and would prefer not to have guests with phones in their shots. After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you would like to contribute in some way, a monetary gift would be warmly appreciated as we save for our future together.
