We love your little ones, but this celebration will be an adults-only event. We understand that leaving children behind while traveling internationally can be difficult, so exceptions will be made for our guests coming from abroad. Thank you for understanding!

We kindly request black tie attire. Gentlemen, tuxedos are strongly preferred. Ladies, please wear floor-length evening gowns, with black or darker colors preferred. We ask that you avoid mini or mid-length dresses, as well as any shades of white, ivory, or cream. Let’s make this evening a truly unforgettable celebration!

Invitations will be written out to those invited. If your invitation reads, “& Guest”, we would love for you to bring a plus one! Please include their name on your response card so we can address your guest properly. If your invitation does not include “& Guest”, please understand our wishes are for you to attend on your own.

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive at 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Please note that once the ceremony begins, the doors will be closed to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, we kindly ask that you wait in the lobby. Thank you for your understanding!

We ask our guests to refrain from using cell phones, cameras, and other devices during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present for the special moments, and we’ll have a professional photographer capturing everything. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and intimate experience!

Yes! A shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:15 PM to take guests to the venue. It will also bring everyone back to the hotel at the end of the night. After returning, feel free to join us at the lobby bar to continue the celebration!
