As our venue has limited space, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invitation. If you have received a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invitation, and we kindly ask that you include them when RSVP’ing.

Thank you so much for traveling to join us in celebrating this special day! We’ve reserved a limited block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in Hanover. If these rooms fill up, we’ve also provided a list of recommended alternative accommodations. All details, including booking instructions, can be found under the "Lodging" tab.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. To ensure you don’t miss a moment, we recommend arriving by 4:00–4:15 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park and settle in before we start!

We would love to see you all get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal/formal dress code for the evening.

The address for Hazelwood Wedding Venue will take you directly to a large parking lot in front of the venue, with plenty of space for all guests!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, under a covered patio. The reception will be inside, with the option to step back outside to enjoy yard games and mingle under the covered patio. While we know October weather can be unpredictable, we’ll have outdoor heaters on hand if needed to keep everyone comfortable. One of the great features of our venue is that there are no stairs to navigate—everything is accessible via a flat path, so you can easily move from one space to another!
