Welcome to Pitt Greek life - where everybody knows everybody! We met playing co-ed basketball through a league pairing our fraternities / sororities. We attended many events as each others dates including Delta Chi's 10 year chartering event.

One of the most popular events in Greek life was a fall hayride. Our most iconic photo was taken on the bus ride back to campus. No we did not pose and no we do not remember taking this.

We were able to look past each others football loyalties although we may have briefly broken up after this Steelers loss at Heinz Field. Good thing it was only the pre season.

We moved into our first apartment together in the Pittsburgh neighborhood referred to as Lawrenceville. It did not take long to find an excuse to throw a party (Ellie's 4th birthday).

With families in different states and Carly working at the hospital it was hard to spend holidays together. Thankfully we were able to spend Christmas 2017 with all our "deerest" friends / family in Toledo, OH.

Chris and Carly were excited to spend a weekend in Niagra Falls celebrating her birthday. Turns out Canada is freezing in March and we still don't having feeling in our toes.

After many years tailgating Pitt games and attending in the student sections we were excited to have on field passes to a Pitt game at Heinz Field.

Ringing in the new year with family in North Carolina. We had a lot to be thankful for in 2019 - the biggest accomplishment being the purchase of our first home.

We were able to celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans a mere 2 weeks before the world shut down.

As hard as it was to leave the newest family member behind (Stella - our COVID puppy) we finally ventured back out into the world after a long quarantine! Nashville, Tennessee.

We're engaged!! Chris proposed to Carly at Geneva on the Lake, OH. We spent the weekend hopping between wineries and taking walks on the lake. It only took 2 dogs, home ownership, and 6 years to seal the deal.
