If you are staying at the Omni, please note that the check-in time will be 4pm Friday, at the time of the wedding. We encourage you to book your stay starting on Thursday to ensure ample time to settle in, enjoy the island, and stop by the Welcome Party Thursday night!

Yes! You're in luck, we like to party. There will be a Welcome Party held Thursday night, located at Summer House, 316 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL. More details coming soon!

Walker's Landing is 1.3 miles away from the main resort area, and is located on the Omni property. Transportation details are below for guests staying on and off the property.

Ubers and Lyfts are available at the airport, but a little more scarce on the island. We highly encourage everyone to stay at the Omni Resort in order to utilize their shuttle services for all events. In the event you do stay off-property there are a few local services listed below the following question.

You can use any of the following car services on the island (there are more available online locally). Once at the Gate, you will reference “Cox & Christopher Wedding”, and the driver can proceed to drop-off directly at Walker's Landing.

All wedding guests staying at the Omni will utilize their scheduled Omni Shuttles on the day of the wedding. Guests that are staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. Trams will begin 45 minutes prior to ceremony start time and will continuously pick up guests every 15 minutes until the start of ceremony. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel.

There is VERY limited parking at Walker's Landing itself. When you arrive at the security gate, you will reference “Cox & Christopher Wedding” and then park in the parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then you will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take you to Walkers Landing. Any guests that are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons may drive to Walkers Landing. No more than 10 cars are suggested to park at Walkers Landing (vendors included).

Saturday will be very casual. We will have designated cabanas rented out by the pool and beach, so feel free to stop by at any point to hang out!
