Yes. There will be a bus/shuttle service available which will depart from the Best Western Historic Frederick at 3:15pm for those who do not wish to drive to and/or from the venue. If you end up leaving a vehicle at the venue overnight, please make arrangements to pick it up before 10am on Sunday the 28th.

Unfortunately our venue is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 due to the historic integrity and nature of the property. We apologize if this is an inconvenience for anyone.

Our venue is about an hour drive from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in Glen Burnie, MD, Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, VA.

Yes. Our venue can accommodate up to 100 vehicles. Anyone with mobility issues may be dropped off close to the ceremony site.

No. Rice, confetti, birdseed, glitter, etc. are all prohibited on the grounds of our venue. We ask that you please respect our wishes and our venue's policy on this matter.
