Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the AC Hotel Newtown Square by Marriott, which shares the same property as our venue, The Ivy. Rooms are first come, first served, and the discounted rate is available through November 30th. You’ll find booking details under the "Travel" tab. If the room block fills up or you miss the deadline, we recommend checking availability at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor.

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to both the ceremony and reception. It’s about a 25-minute drive from St. Agnes Parish to The Ivy. Please note that transportation will not be provided between the hotel and the reception venue, as they are located right next to each other.

For the ceremony, there is a parking lot right behind St. Agnes Parish. The address for the parking lot is 298 W Prescott Alley #200, West Chester, PA 19380. The Ivy has a complimentary parking lot right outside the reception space connecting to the hotel.

Hotel check-in begins at 4 PM. We suggest heading to the AC Hotel to check in, freshen up, and grab a drink at the bar. There are also plenty of nearby bars and restaurants in the Ellis Preserve shopping center if you’d like to explore a bit. Cocktail hour starts promptly at 5:30 PM, so we recommend staying close to ensure you don’t miss a moment!
