There is a large variety of flights available for you to get to our wedding. The most common and popular airline that flies into Colombia is Avianca.

Here are some of our preferred options:

The easiest and fastest way to get to Pereira from New York is with the direct flight that Avianca offers.

However, this flight is not a daily flight.

Avianca only offers a direct flight to Pereira prior to the wedding day on:

- Wednesday, July 2nd @ 02:45am

- Friday, July 4th @ 2:45am

Both these flights would land in Pereira at 7:15am.

Keep in mind that the airplanes used for these direct flights are rather small compared to the ones they use to fly into Bogota. So we highly suggest that you pay extra for that bigger seat!

This is the most commonly available flight to Pereira if you're unable to make it on a direct flight, or if you wish to fly on a different day than the Wednesday or Friday. For this specific route you will have many different dates and times available for you to choose from depending on your schedule. Just head to Avianca.com

Please don't worry about the connection in Bogota. El Dorado airport is very easy to navigate through to make it to your connecting flight. You can always ask Juan about anything you may be concerned about.

Once you are in Bogota, the flight to Pereira should be just about 45mins long.

Matecaña International Airport is only 20-25 mins away from the San Carlos Lodge where we will all be staying.

Depending on the time of your arrival, Juan & I, or one of our family members may be able to pick you up from the airport.

We highly suggest ordering an Uber to take you to the hotel instead of a taxi just for the extra layer of safety and convenience. This ride shouldn't cost more than $10.
