Our Wedding

A fairytale for the ages, Carly and Austin met through the dating app Hinge (or “Unhinged”, as Austin calls it). Austin replied to one of Carly’s conversation prompts, which said: “Lion’s Tap has the best burgers… try and change my mind” and he challenged this by arguing that Hopper’s in Waconia is better (still subject to debate). On a cold February night, they decided to meet for a date at neither of these places and instead grabbed dinner at Crave in St. Louis Park, where they’d later live together for several years (in an apartment, not at Crave). The conversation on their first date consisted of each other’s interests, values, and future goals, as well as It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia quotes and an exchange of their favorite memes. This was a perfect allusion to their fate; best friends, in love, and figuring out life together.

A coach bus will arrive at the hotels at about 3:30 PM to pick up guests and bring them to the venue, and will also bring guests back to the hotels every hour beginning at 9:00 PM.   If you run into any issues with reserving accommodations or have any questions, please reach out to Austin or one of the bride or groom’s parents.
