Our Wedding

Breck and I met at work at Betenbough Homes, where we were both working as salespeople. From the very beginning, we clicked instantly and became best friends, quickly finding ourselves hanging out on the weekends, laughing way too much, and finding any excuse to hang out outside of work.Pretty early on, everyone at work started asking when we were going to start dating. We always denied it, insisting we were “just friends,” even though looking back, it was probably pretty obvious to everyone but us.Even while we were just friends at work, we had our own little routine. We always saved a seat for each other like it was non negotiable, and Breck regularly showed up with snow cones, which made work a lot more fun than it probably should have been.After about a year of friendship, things began to shift in the best way. We realized our feelings for each other had grown, and when we finally went on our first date, we spent the entire night laughing. It felt so natural and easy that we basically decided right away we were done pretending we were just friends.One of the most important parts of our relationship is our shared love for Christ. Our faith is truly the center of our relationship and guides the way we love, support, and care for each other. We are constantly growing together in our walk with God, and we are so grateful to build a relationship rooted in Him.We also love to travel and explore new places together, making memories and usually overpacking for no reason at all. At home, we love spending time with our pets, Josie and our new cat Miss Kitty.Breck proposed at Texas Tech’s football field, a place that makes the moment even more special and meaningful to us. We are beyond excited for this next chapter and so thankful for the love, friendship, faith, and life we continue to build together. We cant wait to celebrate with you!

Kate and I met in college, where I was also her big in our sorority, and we instantly became best friends!! She is one of the sweetest and kindest people I know, always showing up with love and support. We’re now also coworkers, which makes our bond even more special!!  She is like a sister to me, and I couldn’t imagine this day without her by my side.

Maddie and I clicked immediately when we met on bid day, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. I even had the honor of standing by her side in her wedding this past November, which makes our friendship even more special. Maddie is a total fashionista with the best style, and she loves pop culture just as much as I do. I’m so grateful to have her by my side on my big day.

Alycia and I met on a cruise, and our friendship has spanned the miles ever since. Even living in different states, we’ve always made the effort to visit each other, flying back and forth every summer.  We have seen each other through it all!

Ivy and I have been friends since high school, and she’s been such a fun and steady presence in my life ever since. She’s incredibly smart, always makes me laugh, and always down for an adventure.

Kendall and I have known each other since elementary school, and she has truly had my back through every stage of life. We spent so much time growing up together in church, and her faith, kindness, and genuine heart have always stood out. She’s down to earth, loyal, and one of the most grounding people in my life.

Lilli and I go way back to high school, where we were cheerleaders together and basically spent every moment laughing between practices, games, and everything in between. Our friendship has always been full of fun, energy, and a little bit of chaos in the best way.  You will catch her on the dance floor!

Gwen and I met in our sorority, and she’s been making me laugh ever since. She’s incredibly witty, hilarious, and always knows how to brighten any moment. We’ve shared so many memories!! From being in door stack together, to her even living with my parents in Midland for a little while.

Brady is my older brother and my best friend. I had the honor of standing by his side as his best man in his wedding, and now I couldn’t imagine anyone else standing beside me on my own wedding day. He’s a pilot, which perfectly matches his steady, focused, and adventurous spirit. More than anything, he’s always been someone I look up to and rely on, and I’m so grateful to have him as my best man.

Clay is my nephew, but he’s always felt more like a brother to me. We’re the same age and even graduated in the same class, so we’ve basically grown up side by side through every stage of life. He’s been one of my closest friends for as long as I can remember.

Breken is my best friend, and we’ve known each other through all of school, growing up side by side through every stage of life. We also played football together, which built a strong bond and a lot of shared memories both on and off the field. He’s one of the most creative and grounded people I know. He is always thoughtful, steady, and someone I can rely on no matter what.

Conrad is my (soon to be) brother-in-law, and I still remember how instantly we clicked the very first time we met. He’s one of those people who makes you feel comfortable right away, and he brings such a kind, easygoing, and positive energy wherever he goes. I always look forward to when he comes to visit us, and it’s something I genuinely cherish, and those times together have created some really special memories. I’m so grateful to have him as a friend and brother.

Sawyer and I have been friends for years, even though we went to different high schools. He now lives in New York, but no matter the distance, we’ve stayed close and talk all the time. He’s always been someone I can count on, and our friendship has stayed strong through every stage of life.

Collin and I went to school together, and we also spent a lot of time doing one act play together, where some of the funniest memories of those years were made. He’s genuinely one of the most hilarious people I know and always has a way of making everyone around him laugh, even in the most stressful moments. Whether we were on stage, backstage, or just hanging out between rehearsals and classes, he made everything more fun.

Carson and I lived together in Austin, and that time was filled with some of the most fun and unforgettable memories. From everyday life to all the chaos and laughs that came with it, we always had a good time together. He’s been a great friend through it all!
