What date should I RSVP by?Please RSVP no later than February 26, 2026. What's the dress code?Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcomed. Please ensure dresses fall no higher than the knee. Please note the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. What time should I arrive for the ceremony?The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?Weather dependent, our ceremony will be outdoors in the Wedding Garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. In the event of inclement weather, all parts of the wedding will be indoors. What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?The venue for the night is the Grand Cascades Lodge at Crystal Springs Resort. Please see details on the Home page. All locations are wheelchair accessible. Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Is there parking available near your wedding venue?For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. What type of food will be served?We'll be serving various hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a soup &amp; salad, a choice of 3 entrees, and cake. Will there be an open bar?There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered. For guests staying at Minerals Hotel:A shuttle is provided to the ceremony. The shuttle will do 3 pickups back to Minerals:1. At the end of the reception (11:00pm)2. "On Call" during the afterparty3.
