We met at church...technically.

Carly and Micah met at a church member meeting in June of 2023. Micah was playing guitar (shocker) for worship and Carly was admiring and definitely paying attention to the member meeting. They ended up walking out to their cars together and Carly was smitten and Micah was...not. Well, not yet at least.

Carly finally got the courage to reach out to Micah, through an Instagram DM of course, in September of 2023 and asked if he would like to hang out sometime. Micah very respectfully declined because he was still working through stuff.

Every time Carly saw Micah playing at church, she was a little peeved because she was REJECTED. But it was cool, she got over it kinda.

Then, almost a year to the date, Micah reached back out to Carly (through an Instagram DM of course) and asked if she would be interested in going on a date, where she very calm, cool, and casually said DUH.

And the rest is history. We kind of started hanging out after our first date and never really stopped.
