Steven and Carly had actually been in the same room TWICE in the year prior to meeting eachother- at a Funkinetic show and a Fresh Hops show in 2019.

Fast forward to 2020, Carly moved home from New York and added Steven on Facebook after he popped up as a “suggested friend.” She just found his picture so *cute* and was being nosey, having so many mutual friends. Steven waited for 2 weeks in hopes that more would follow the friend request- but when nothing did, he decided to slide in to those DMs to see what was up!

Later that week, Carly met Steven and Tristan (a mutual friend) out at the Registry in Crown Point, proceeded to whoop Steven and all of his friends asses in bowling and, now, here we are.
