Join us for a welcome party the evening before our big day! Appetizers and drinks will be served in the event space of the Duchess from 5:00-7:00 pm.

Hideaway Beach Club is located in a gated community. Please RSVP so that the bride and groom may provide an accurate guest list of the attendees to the gatekeeper. The venue offers complimentary valet parking. After the ceremony, a shuttle will take guests who would like to continue celebrating to the Crazy Flamingo. The shuttle will also make several personalized stops to drop guests off at their rentals/hotels after the Crazy Flamingo closes! For those of you who would like to partake in the afterparty and plan to drive to the wedding venue, you can keep your cars parked at the Hideaway overnight.

Cocktail hour will start immediately following the ceremony and will be held on the club's pool deck (weather permitting).

Following cocktail hour, we will transition to the indoor reception area where we will wine, dine, and dance!

After-Party

The Crazy Flamingo

Transportation is provided! A shuttle will take guests who wish to continue celebrating to the afterparty, which will be held at the Crazy Flamingo. At the end of the night, the shuttle will make several stops to drop off guests at their rentals/hotels. For those of you planning to drive to the Hideaway for the wedding and reception, you can leave your cars in the Hideaway parking lot overnight if you wish!
