A limited number of hotel rooms have been blocked for out of town guests. Please be advised that due to the total solar eclipse, price gouging of hotel rooms started when the eclipse was announced. We encourage you to book your lodgings as soon as possible. We have done our best to secure as reasonable rates as possible. There are a couple handicapped rooms on reserve at each hotel for guests with those needs. There are room blocks at the following hotels (4/6/24-4/8/24) for out of town guests; when calling for reservations, please use the reference numbers provided below to secure the blocked rates for the wedding. Rooms must be reserved no later than 3/1/24 or rooms will be released from the pre-held block.
