What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
The average high for June 10 in Sacramento is 86.5 F with a low of 55.8 F, though last year it was a scorching 102 on June 10.
Currently, weather predictions show that it will be about 79 degrees.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Vizcaya. Vizcaya is located at 2019 21st Street, Sacramento, CA 95818
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside. The reception will take place inside.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can relax and enjoy a beverage and a light snack until the reception begins (around 7PM).
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no" so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There is only on street parking available around the venue. Please be aware of any time limit parking signs. There is no parking lot available at the venue. We encourage you to Lyft or Uber.

Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The deadline to RSVP is May 1, 2023. You must either RSVP by mail or online. Please no text or phone RSVPs.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes, we will be serving light refreshments during cocktail hour. For dinner we will have beef, chicken or gnocchi (vegetarian option). Please contact us by 5/10/23 if you have special dietary restrictions.
We will be serving beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic cocktails and beverages.
Where are you registered?
Macy's, Traveler's Joy, and Cariloha.
We kindly ask that you do not gift alcohol.
Will transportation be provided to the venue?
You will be responsible for your own transportation. There is only on street parking. Be aware of the parking limit signs on some streets (2 or 3 hour parking zones). We highly recommend that you use Lyft or Uber.
May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
We ask that you leave behind the centerpieces and other table décor, but feel free to grab one of our wedding favors.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
During the ceremony, we ask that you refrain from taking pictures, but please feel free to take pictures during the cocktail hour and the reception. Don't forget to tag us if you're posting them on social media!
