&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It all started back in 2018, It was a crazy morning at South Laredo Family Clinic. Caro needed some papers to be signed by Mateo&nbsp;&nbsp;and also needed to talk to him about the patients that he had at the rehabilitation center where Caro was working.&nbsp;Mateo was immediately taken by her beautiful eyes. He was not able to focus on what Caro was talking to him about and was not paying attention to the paperwork that Caro was showing him. And really, it did not matter at that particular moment. He just did as she asked and signed where she instructed him to sign. Her eyes combined with her Salma Hayek like accent made her totally irresistible. His response.. “are those your real eyes?” She grabbed her papers, laughed and went about her way.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Circumstances in life put Caro in Mateo’s path again at a future date and this time Mateo took advantage of the opportunity and asked Caro out on a coffee date, despite the fact that Mateo does not drink coffee. After some convincing,&nbsp;&nbsp;Caro finally accepted the invitation and the rest is history. That was the beginning of this beautiful relationship. They got engaged October 02, 2020, but they were not able to set a wedding date because of the COVID 19 pandemic. Now Caro and Mateo work together and live together and have finally set a wedding date for March 04, 2023 in Merida, Yucatán. God willing that day will be here soon and look forward to celebrating with friends and family and also look forward to spending the rest of our lives together and living happily ever after.
