Most vendors have ramps and there is handicapped stalls at all bathroom locations. However, the pathways are gravel so please expect rough terrain.

It is an outdoor event.

There is free parking! We suggest arriving early to account for festival traffic and possibly long ticket lines.

Our wedding takes place at a 30-acre re-created 16th Century English village. May we suggest dressing in costumes, and wearing comfortable shoes for walking. Please see our ‘What to Wear’ section.

Our reception is RSVP only due to limited seating and refreshments. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. However our ceremony and the festival itself is open to the public. The more the merrier! Tickets can be purchased at renfestival.com

We want our wedding to be a joyful celebration for everyone and we plan to party like pirates! So while your children are welcome to attend, festivities are definitely geared towards adults; so you might prefer to arrange childcare.

A buffet with a selection of chicken, vegan/gluten free dishes and sides will be served. There will also be food vendors located around the faire.

Yes! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please include them in the RSVP or contact us personally.

We will not be having an open bar, but there will be refreshments for toasting as well as multiple bars/taverns located throughout the venue.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
