It all started on a cold January night when two individuals decided to swipe right. Carol and Cody met on the infamous bumble app, apparently the “new dating way”. The two had a great conversation and planned a Sunday date, that was until Cody ended up with COVID. Carol was skeptical and thought maybe he just didn’t want to see her and made it up, but Cody was persistent in meeting and the two shared numerous facetime dates with hot totties and wine in hand. The day finally came when Cody drove one hour in a snowstorm to take Carol on a date. The two went to Bethlehem Brew-works where Carol decided to order BBQ chicken wings and the rest was history. One date turned into two dates and two dates turned into three dates and so on, and they both fell in love. Cody knew that Carol was the one when they went on a date to The Chesapeake Bay, Cody’s favorite spot that he shared with his grandfather. Carol knew that Cody was the one after she kicked his butt in axe throwing and he was salty about that. They both met each other’s families and also fell in love with how wonderful they are. Cody became “dad” to Carol’s adopted dog Rory, and she fell quickly for Cody when he started sharing his turkey with her. Carol and Cody both love to joke around with each other and it is never a dull moment with the two of them. Carol loves to take Cody to wineries, and they love taking Rory to play in the water at the creek by the zoo. Cody keeps Carol grounded when she decides to become a little rambunctious, well most of the time. Carol and Cody couldn’t be more right for each other and are extremely grateful that they both came into each other’s lives. They cannot wait to celebrate with you all.
