Our love story began in Boston in 2017. We were both chemistry undergrads at Boston

University, where small classes made it easy to know everyone. Carolina, having recently

transferred to the school, was a delightful surprise as a new face in the department. Our nerdy

meet-cute happened in an organic chemistry lab class, meeting twice a week for 6 hours each

time. Titrations and TLC analyses were peppered with flirtatious looks, and eventually, Nikolas

made the first move by "sharing notes" for an upcoming exam. However, both of us knew it was

more than just a helpful gesture. Our chemistry sparked right off the bat, and the rest, as they say,

is history.

Our love has taken us to amazing places like Rome and Copenhagen. These experiences allowed

us to discover our dreams, confront our fears, share laughter, delve into our passions, and much

more. Through the challenges of the COVID era, we provided support and held space for each

other, emerging stronger as a result. Though the world hit a low point a few years back, we got

through it together.

Our love language blossomed through homemade meals, seaside walks, gentle hair twirls, and

spontaneous salsa dancing. As we look ahead, nothing brings us greater joy than the prospect of

celebrating with all of you this summer. We are excited to embark on a new chapter in our lives,

creating beautiful memories and cherishing the love that has brought us to this point.

Nuestra historia de amor comenzó en Boston en 2017. Éramos estudiantes de química en la

Universidad de Boston, donde las clases pequeñas facilitaban conocer a todos. Nuestros caminos

se cruzaron en una clase de laboratorio de química orgánica que se reunía dos veces a la semana

durante extensas 6 horas cada sesión. No pudimos evitar intercambiar miradas coquetas durante

clase. Eventualmente, Nikolas dio el primer paso al "compartir apuntes" para un próximo

examen. Sin embargo, los dos sabíamos que era más que una amigable ayuda. Y desde ese

momento nuestra química surgió, y el resto, como dicen, es historia.

Nuestro amor nos llevó a lugares asombrosos como Roma y Copenhague. Estas experiencias nos

permitieron descubrir nuestros sueños, enfrentar nuestros miedos, compartir risas y mucho más.

A través de los desafíos de la era del COVID, nos brindamos apoyo y ocupamos un lugar

especial el uno al otro, y como resultado, emergimos más fuertes. Aunque el mundo pasó por un

mal momento hace unos años, lo superamos juntos. Nuestro amor floreció con comidas caseras,

paseos junto al mar, suaves giros de cabello y bailes improvisados de salsa.

Mirando hacia el futuro, nada nos llena de más alegría que la oportunidad de celebrar con todos

ustedes este momento. Estamos emocionados de embarcarnos en un nuevo capítulo de nuestras

vidas, creando lindas memorias, y apreciando el amor que nos ha llevado hasta este punto.
