Our first photo together, taken at my 21st birthday party. I went to work the next day and told everyone that Chase was going to be my future husband.

After a lot of hanging out as "friends" and then finally a few real dates, I took Chase out for his 21st birthday at the same place my party was held (Harbour Rackhouse in Huntington Beach!) That night, I looked at him and said "I'm tired of this...will you just be my boyfriend already?" Spoiler alert, he said yes.

Most of our first year together was spent at this kitchen island, doing Chase's homework assignments. Obviously we can tell who was doing most of the work...

We took our first trip together with Chase's family and friends to Big Bear for New Years. Thus, our breakfast/coffee date tradition began.

Our first Valentine's Day together was spent sharing our favorite type of food in Downtown Disney!

Tried out a new date idea by going to the drive-in theater!

Then COVID hit and the world shut down, so we spent a lot of our time in his parent's garage watching movies, eating take-out, and passing time by going on scavenger hunt walks. This was also the first time I ever convinced him to take a "selfie" with me. Big milestones!!

My college was the first university to cancel in person commencement and I was devastated. So, Chase picked up some Mexican food and took me "out" to eat to celebrate me "graduating" from college.

We broke the rules and *gasp* travelled during COVID lock down!! We had the best time in Lake Havasu, even with me being totally burnt to a crisp and needing to steal his shirt as sun protection in order to survive the boat ride back.

My first trip to Nashville, our first time visiting together. Well, our only time visiting together because a few months later we were moving there!

My slightly more official graduation day. Nothing screams, "Yay! You survived 4 years of college" like walking across the living room of a beach house in Newport.

Took another trip to Arizona, this time to the river with the boys (and Patricia, iykyk).

Slowly but surely, Mimosas also became part of our personality.

Chase's first birthday pie made from scratch by yours truly.

Took Chase on a weekend trip to Big Bear for his 22nd birthday. This trip started his annual birthday-camping-trip tradition.

Chase's coworkers threw him a surprise going away party as we said our goodbyes to our HB family.

After 3 days of travel, we made it across the country and officially became Tennessee residents!

Started exploring Tennessee!

Picked up kayaking as a new hobby.

Started discovering all of our new favorite places in our new home state.

Took a few trips to Arrington Vineyards and got to catch some gorgeous sunsets!

Discovered our love for Chattanooga (thanks Mom for starting this obsession for us all!)

Got to show our friends some of our favorite places!

Our first real camping trip together... it was a disaster. But we learned a lot from it! Hahaha.

We made some adjustments and improved on our camping trips. First time staying in the Smoky Mountains together!

We also improved on our couples Halloween costume ideas!

Chase's first time in Florida. We traveled there for Thanksgiving where he met a bulk of my family for the first time.

Snow day!

Found a Black Rifle Coffee shop location and spent probably way too much money there.

Got a chance to show Chase around my home town and meet/hang out with more of my family!

Celebrated the soon to be newly weds at our favorite Broadway bar (Roberts).

Danced the night away at the McNabb wedding, with the best sunset ever!

Were proud parents as we supported Lexie & watched our first Alabama Field Hockey game!

Chase's first trip to Walt Disney World, and I made him stop for every single Memory Maker photographer I saw. He was clearly pumped about it!

Celebrated another year of birthdays

BEST. DAY. EVER!! I said yes to my best friend.
