Coming from out of town?

Not sure how to get to Richmond? Below are some options we recommend
1. Flying - Richmond Airport is about a 15-20 minute drive from the Omni Hotel. For guests coming from the Northeast, there are direct flights every day out of Newark, LaGuardia, JFK, & Boston.
2. Driving - Richmond is located right next to I-95. Guests driving from the Northeast, you'll be driving down I-95 for the bulk of the trip. We recommend bringing an EZ-Pass if you have one! Express Lanes once you are in VA are open Southbound weekdays from 1pm - Midnight.
3. Train - Richmond has two Amtrak stations. East Main Street Station (a little close to downtown) and Staples Mill (maybe a 10-15 drive from downtown).

Thinking of coming a day before or staying a day after?
No problem at all! The hotel room block is set up where you can still get the discounted room rates for a few days before and after the wedding.
Questions regarding attire?
If you are coming to the rehearsal dinner, we recommend cocktail attire and for the wedding we encourage formal attire. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!
Is there transportation to the venue and back?
Yes! Busses will arrive promptly at 4pm at the Omni hotel for pickup on the Cary Street Side of The Omni/James Center due to space constraints on 12th street. Busses will bring everyone back to the same location!
For those attending rehearsal dinner, what are those details?
The rehearsal dinner will be at the Omni Hotel from 6:30- 9:30pm on the second floor in the Potomac Ballroom.
Will there be breakfast the next morning?
Yes! We invite everyone to come to our optional "farewell brunch" that will be held on the second floor of the Omni Hotel in the Potomac Ballroom. There will be coffee and breakfast provided. Please feel free to come and go as you please!
