Ceremony Info
What time should I arrive?
Please see our tentative wedding day schedule on our home page! It may have small changes from the time you receive your RSVP, but the invitations will have a firm schedule of the day’s activities. Ceremony will promptly start at 6:30pm EST. Guests may arrive beginning at 6pm.
We are running a tight ship so please ensure you are seated at 6:30pm for the wedding processional will begin ON TIME.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, it is formal attire/ black tie affair. We encourage, not require the color palette of our wedding to fit the vibes.

Where is the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be located in the Grand Ballroom.
Will there be transportation to reception?
Our ceremony and reception are BOTH held on property so no transportation necessary. There is parking on site for guests who are driving in for our event. For those staying at the Hyatt House hotel we have made accommodations with, there is a shuttle that will do roundtrip transportation for before the ceremony AND after the afterparty. Please see the accommodations tab for more info.
How do I know where to sit?
Prior to reception, there will be a seating charted organized by alphabetical order of last name with your table number assigned.
What time should I go home?
Whenever you want, but you can’t stay on the property hahaha! Jk! After reception, we will have a small after party until 1am EST.
RSVP
How do I RSVP?
You may RSVP through our QR code in the invitations. Please ensure that you are adding the correct number of plus ones to your RSVP to match the number of seats we have reserved in your name.
e.g. (your name) +2 totals to a guest number of 3.
RSVPs will be due by February 18th, 2026. You will also find the QR code here on our website.

Can I bring my kids?
As much as Kier and I adore your little ones, for our wedding day, we ask that you join us for a night off! Our special day will be an adults only, 18+ affair so we hope you can enjoy a fun evening of dancing, dining and celebrating with us.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will indicate how many guests are allotted in your name. While we wish everyone can join us on our special day, we ask that you honor our provided guest count on your invitation.
Food & Reception
What if I have a dietary requirement?
Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions by texting either Kier (914-255-6806) or Caroline (917-291-5142) on the invitation with your name and info so we may pass it onto our venue.
Will you be serving alcohol?
Yes. 100% Yes. Lots of it.
Can I take photos?
During our ceremony, our officiant will note when you may take photos/ videos of us. For majority of the ceremony, we do ask for an “unplugged” aspect especially during our vows.

Do you have a registry?
No, we do not have a registry. Cash is king.
