Friday night will be an outdoor summer barbecue! It will mostly be on grass and we want you to be comfortable. For ladies, feel free to wear a sun dress or pants and a blouse. For men, khakis and a polo would be perfect. We'd recommend staying away from jeans! For Saturday, we recommend suits for men (tie not necessary!) and long summer dresses for woman (florals are encouraged!). While the reception will be in the barn, the ceremony will be on grass so keep that in mind for shoe selections!

Summer in Vermont can be a pretty wide range! It can be 70 degrees, sunny and clear. It can also be 90's and humid with anything else in between. July 20th last year was 84 degrees, the year before was the record high of 95 degrees and the average is 81 degrees. I'd always recommend having a light sweater and wearing sunscreen. There will be a shuttle that picks up from the Hampton Inn where our wedding block is, local hotels and Airbnb's upon address approval and it will drop off at all the accommodations within a few miles of the venue. If you have not provided your accommodation plans yet please reach out to Dan or Caroline directly to confirm we have you on the pickup list! For those that did provide their accommodation with the RSVP we will reach out closer to the wedding with a pick up time. Uber and Lyft are essentially non-existent so the shuttle is highly recommended for those planning to drink!

All kids are invited to the Welcome Party on Friday night however we kindly ask that kids stay home on Saturday.
