Our story starts out in the city of Columbus, where we both were students at THE Ohio State University. We lived across the hall from each other, and quickly became the best of friends.

Unfortunately, shortly after the skiing picture was taken, the Covid-19 Pandemic shut down the world. We were sent home from OSU without even getting the chance to say goodbye, which was heartbreaking. Although physically we were 287 miles apart, we couldn't have been closer. We spent every second of our days Snapchatting, texting, or playing online video games with our friends until the late hours of the night. Happily we were back on campus together in the fall of 2020.

Halloween 2020 was an interesting one! Can you believe that Mickey and Minnie were "just friends"?

After several long discussions, we officially started dating! We agreed that whatever happens, we need to keep the friendship intact because it was too special to lose.

This was our first excursion together - the winter hike at Hocking Hills.

This was the first time we went to North Bass Island together (where Josh's grandparents used to live). This is a very special place in Josh's family, and Josh's grandma even took this cute picture of us on her iPad during the visit :)

This is one of the many pictures we have taken at Fun Fore All, where Caroline grew up and even held her first job. Sadly, Josh has yet to be defeated on the Fun Fore All mini golf course. Fortunately, we have the rest of our lives to change that!

During Fall 2021, Caroline was on a Co-Op back in Pittsburgh, and we had to do 8 long months of long distance. Fortunately enough, we were able to spend a few weekends together -- here we are visiting the Zoo Lights at Columbus Zoo.

For July 4th, we went up to Toronto with Caroline's family. The weekend was filled with great food, the Hockey Hall of Fame, and Canadian Poutine (yum!)

Here we are at the Grand Canyon on our OSU STEP photography trip -- where we had the incredible opportunity to travel across Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. Rumor has it we are still shivering from how cold the Grand Canyon was that day!

Towards the end of our Buckeye journey, Josh proposed to Caroline at the Faculty Club overlooking Mirror Lake at OSU.

By the end of 2023, both of us graduated from THE Ohio State University. Our next adventures turned out to be living together in our apartment and planning this wedding :D
