&nbsp;&nbsp;HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS We have made arrangements with two local hotels for discounted room rates for the nights of November 17th and November 18th.&nbsp;You can get the discounted rate whether you stay one night or both nights. HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS 1053 Northern Boulevard, Roslyn, New York.&nbsp;The Holiday Inn is approximately&nbsp;a 7 minute drive&nbsp;from the church where Caroline and Megan will be married, Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Port Washington.&nbsp;It is approximately a 10 minute drive&nbsp;from the Sea&nbsp;Cliff Manor, the venue for their reception. We understand that the rooms are on the smaller side and that there is limited parking. We were quoted discounted rates of $189.00 per night for a room with a King size bed and $219.00&nbsp;per night for a room with two Queen size beds.&nbsp;A full buffet style breakfast is included in the cost. Reservations must be made by October 20th in order to obtain the discounted rate.&nbsp; Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance, or one night’s accommodation rate will be charged to your credit card. The rates we were quotes were $229.00 per night&nbsp;for a room with a King size bed with sofa bed and $$239.00&nbsp;per night for a room with two Queen beds and a sofa bed. The price includes a full buffet breakfast, and the rooms are larger than those at the Holiday Inn and there is ample parking.&nbsp; Reservations must be made by October 17th in order to obtain the discounted rate. Cancellations or changes must be made by 3:00 p.m. two days prior to your intended arrival to avoid a&nbsp;charge to your credit card.
