Transportation- How should I get there the day of?
We are getting married in my grandparents backyard in the back of Birdneck neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful but the streets are quite narrow and there isn’t much room for cars. There will be extremely limited parking and we cannot guarantee parking for anyone. We kindly ask that you Uber to the wedding.
Can I bring a plus one/ my kids?
We want everyone to be comfortable and have the best time the day of our wedding and due to limited space, unfortunately only if it explicitly says on your invite and you find their name on the RSVP list, can you bring a plus one or your children. If you have any questions please reach out to the bride and groom.
Kids that are invited:
We kindly ask that anyone under the age of 15 depart after dinner. After dinner we will start the speeches and dancing and it may not be safe and or appropriate for younger guests. Dinner will be served around 6:30pm and speeches will start around 7:30pm.
What should I wear?
The wedding will be completely outdoors and we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. We ask that men wear pants (khakis for example- please no jeans or shorts) and a button up (short sleeve is ok) Girls any dress (beachy/ semi formal).
There will be lots of fans and the house is on the water so there should be a nice breeze off the water.
What will be served for food/alcohol?
There will be a wide array of food options- if you have any dietary restrictions please note that on your RSVP.
There will be an open bar (Duh) :)
