The rehearsal will be onsite at Berry Hill starting at 5:00 pm with dinner and drinks to follow after. This will be for immediate family and those in the wedding party. A welcome party will occur after the rehearsal dinner for all guests!

The welcome party will occur following the rehearsal dinner for all of our family and friends staying at the Hotel on Friday. A cash bar and appetizers will be available. We plan to have music playing and fun yard games. This is the perfect time to mingle and meet each other!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Berry Hill Resort. Berry Hill is an old plantation turned hotel and resort so guests can stay right on site. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm with seating beginning at 4:00 pm. Following the ceremony will be cocktail hour in the mansion. The reception will follow with dinner being served in the ballroom and dancing will be in the courtyard.

Cocktail hour will take place in the mansion at the venue. It will be directly after the ceremony and before the reception. Cocktail hour allows guests to drink and mingle while the bridal party and family take photographs. Open beer and wine bar available.

The reception will take place following cocktail hour in the ballroom, there will be assigned tables. Dinner will be buffet style with different food options. The ball room opens up to an outdoor courtyard which is where the dance floor and DJ will be set up. Additionally, in the courtyard lawn games will be set up for guests to enjoy.
