Dear Austin,

I will never forget the first time we met on November 2, 2020. We met for breakfast at First Watch in the freezing cold and pouring rain. I was so excited when I saw you drove a 4Runner that I knew you must enjoy the outdoors like I do. I remember thinking to myself how lucky I was to be having breakfast with this tall, handsome, funny guy. After breakfast we continued talking outside in the rain and it was so amazing.. yes I stood in the rain for what seemed like hours, but that didn't matter because I was talking to you. I went home to study for a nursing school exam that was the next day and we continued to hang out when we both had the time. I also remember how you would come out to watch me ride horses and I would go with you on all of your adventures from the mountains for fly fishing and off road driving to the beach every other weekend to get out of town. I also will never forget the first time I was introduced to Oakley, the worlds greatest dog. It was a dream come true. That dog instantly showed me love and compassion like I had never felt before from any animal. I knew right then and there I would marry this man one day! We soon met each others family and friends, got a second dog , Orvis, and the rest is history. What a wonderful journey this has been, and its only the beginning! I am so thankful God gave me you!
