It's a tourist town in peak travel season. We encourage everyone to book as soon as possible! Airbnb and Vrbo are great options as well as local hotels and bed and breakfasts. We do not have hotel blocks because majority of our guest will book through rental services for longer stays. We encourage you to stay close to downtown, our venue, or Stearns Park to be close to all events! If you're in this area everything is easy to get to, including the beach! Some hotels near the venue include: Snyder's Shoreline Inn, Summer's Inn Ludington, Ludington Beach House, Ludington Pier House, Stearns Hotel. Some B&B's near the venue include: Lamplighter Bed & Breakfast, The Ludington House, Cartier Mansion Bed & Breakfast. Still close but not walkable there are other mainstream hotels including: Comfort Inn & Holiday Inn Express. Website and contact information for these are listed under the travel tab!

As long as you can or want to! Spencer and Caroline plan to make a trip out of this event. Several close friends and family will arrive earlier in the week and stay through the weekend. No formal wedding events will happen until Thursday the 25th.

Summer Semi-Formal. We want you to be comfortable but would love for everybody to look nice on this special day. For men, long pants and a dress shirt are fine! Tie and suit jacket optional. For reference the bachelor and bridal parties will be in shades of blue! Most importantly, you are wearing shoes you'll dance in!!

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding and reception are adult only. Your little ones are welcome at our welcome event, next morning send off, as well as informal gatherings throughout the week.

For those coming from out of state we recommend flying into Grand Rapids (GRR) and driving over to Ludington (1.5 hours) or Detroit (DTW) and driving up north (just under 4 hours). Please reach out if you have questions about rental cars or transportation from the airports.

Our venue's location is fantastic. We are located right downtown and on the water. If you are staying downtown then it's a short walk and we encourage you not to drive! For those who plan on driving there is a parking lot on site! Uber/lyft's are scarce or non-existent but there is a local taxi service called Ludington Taxi Rides LLC that run 24/7 at a rate of $3/mile.
