This restaurant is a great little spot to eat and grab a drink while visiting New Madrid! Anthony’s go to meal at any Mexican restaurant is a chicken taco salad! Caroline’s go to is chicken, cheese and rice!

The Country Club is a restaurant close to the river that has delicious food if you are looking for a place to grab a drink and eat a nice meal! Caroline’s go to is a fried chicken salad and Anthony’s is the Club Sandwich with club fries!

The New Madrid Historical Museum is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for something to do while visiting! It’s nestled on Main Street at the bottom of the levee. It’s a great spot to learn about New Madrid’s history and and starting place for the river walk and observation deck. Fun fact: Caroline’s Momo (maternal grandmother) used to work at the museum for several years!

The Hunter Dawson Home is a beautiful place to tour while in town! It’s full of amazing history and beautiful artwork. Anthony and Caroline visit the home annually at the Candlelight Christmas tours!
