The Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. Guests should arrive by 5:00pm, please.

Our wedding is black tie optional attire. Men are encouraged to wear tuxedos or a dark suit & tie. Women are encouraged to wear full-length evening-wear dresses. The bridesmaids are wearing champagne.

All festivities will take place indoors.

The wedding is located in Philadelphia's center-city, and is in walking distance from our suggested hotels (see the "Travel" section). If you are flying in to Philadelphia International Airport, we suggest using Uber/Lyft or taking public transportation.

We have hotel room blocks at The W, The Element, and the DoubleTree, all of which are a five to ten minute walk to the Arts Ballroom. Please see the "Travel" section to book your room.

Unfortunately, there is no dedicated parking lot for The Arts Ballroom; however, there are multiple parking garages very close to the venue. The closest parking garage is the Juniper & Locust iParkit Garage (1327 Locust Street), located directly across the street from the Arts Ballroom.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests who are not specifically listed on your invitation or in the RSVP section under your name.

Dinner orders will be taken tableside by the wait staff during the reception. Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
