Cocktail attire is appreciated. For men, a dark tailored suit with or without a tie, and for women, a formal style dress or pantsuit.

Yes! There is parking at the venue. Both the ceremony and the reception area are within walking distance of the parking lots. As with anything, uber and similar services should be available both to and from the venue, but are not provided.

Please plan to arrive no later than 20-30 minutes early so we can assure we start on time! If for some reason you cannot make it on time, please wait in the reception area for the ceremony to conclude.

Both the ceremony and reception areas are outdoors at Wedgefield Country Club. There is room for guests to go inside the manor house during the reception to lounge, but we are requesting guests mingle outside!

We would love all guests with young children to include them! We do request that you sit towards the back of the ceremony so that, in the case they become uncomfortable, you may slip out with ease. The reception area is on the same property and very close to the ceremony, so if you need to slip away you can easily walk and wait to rejoin us in the reception area!

We request that all phones and personal devices be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We will have a photographer present to capture all of our important moments! There will be plenty of opportunities at the reception to take pictures with personal devices, and we even encourage that! We want you to take pictures with everyone and would love if all photos were uploaded using the QR codes at the reception.
