As soon as you arrive at the venue, parking attendants will usher you to available spots. Please wear suitable shoes as the distance from our Welcome Table to the actual Ceremony Site is a bit of a walk. We will have golf carts running back and forth all night to accomadate those who do not wish to walk.

Please try to RSVP by August 23rd in order to get our totals to both the catering service and bar service. We appreciate it :)

No dress code, just come ready to have a good time! However please be aware this is a mostly outdoor venue. Dance floor is indoor and reception area is entirely covered but make sure to dress accordingly because with Missouri weather you never know! There are alot of gravel, grass, and stone pathways so be sure to note that when choosing footwear. Our color palette is dark green, light blue, dark maroon, dark purples, dusty rose and will be attached below. Think western elegance if you really need some inspiration. Cowboy hats and boots are encouraged ;)

The Barn at Riverbend is approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes from St. Joseph and 40 minutes from the heart of Downtown KC. The closest town with the best selection of hotels is in Belton, MO. Belton is approx. 15 minutes from the venue. Below are the links to some of them if you wish to stay after the wedding and want to avoid a long drive home!
