There is parking at the venue; however, you cannot leave your car at the venue overnight. We are providing transportation up to the venue and highly recommend that you utilize the transportation provided. Yes! You do need All Wheel or 4WD to get to the venue. Once off the main road, it is a short, steep climb up a dirt road. No, we are not inviting kids to the ceremony or reception; however, we do have your traditional ring bearer(s) and flower girl(s) in the wedding. We want our family and friends with kids to have a fun night and/or weekend kid free! Our Venue does provide a list of preferred babysitters. If any guest(s) would be interested in those names and numbers, please let us know!

Black Tie Optional. Women, our wedding is your chance to bring out that floor length or midi-dress you wish you could wear more often! Men, you do not have to wear a Tuxedo, unless you want to(!), but dress pants and a jacket are requested. Please no jeans.

Ubers are not always readily available in the area so please do not depend on an Uber to take you home from the wedding reception.

The first bus pick up will be 2:30 at the Harrah's Casino. There will be two bus pickups, but if everyone waits for the second bus, half of our guests will not make it to the ceremony! Please try to make the first round of pickups! If you are on the earlier bus, we will have a welcome drink and lawn games set up before the start of the ceremony! We will send a text message with the exact location a few days before the wedding or as soon as possible!
