Church and Union is also right near the markets which is a great place to walk and explore Charleston. Caroline‘s favorite dish is the handmade, braided ravioli and Kyle loves the filet mignon.

King Street is the main road in downtown Charleston. King Street is full of stores and restaurants to stop and explore. When coming out of the Francis Marion Hotel, you can turn right or left on King to explore all the shops. Also, King Street is the home of the famous movie theater in the movie the notebook.
The city market is a Historic market complex in downtown Charleston. The market is filled with local vendors. The market is a great and easy walk to explore and learn about Charleston.
On top of the Vendue Hotel is one of our favorite places for happy hour. It is a spacious rooftop that allows you to see all of Charleston.
Our favorite place in Charleston is Shem Creek. You can take an Uber from downtown to explore Shem Creek. You can stop by Saltwater Cowboys, Red’s, or Table and Tavern for delicious food and drinks. You can even hop on the Palmetto Breeze to explore Charleston by boat!
