Finest Playa Mujeres, An All-Inclusive Resort
Our wedding will be at the beautiful Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. This is an all-inclusive resort, so there is no need to worry about additional budgeting for food or alcohol while you are there. Get ready for a stress-free vacation and lots of fun!
Please make sure to book AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Booking is based on availability and this is an extremely popular resort. Please make sure to book your stay directly through the Finest website with the instructions provided below to receive the best rates and to ensure your reservation is booked under our group!
**NOTE** Booking with Finest has the best perk - book now, pay later. They will ask for a credit card to reserve your room; however, they only charge it 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is no deposit. In the event you have to cancel, you can cancel with a full refund up to 1 week before your reservation date.
How To Book
1. Go to https://www.finestresorts.com/
2. Choose your dates and number of guests. In the Promo Box use MMWFEB22FPM. See below for notes about the Promo Code.
3. Select your room category (See Room Categories below). Choose the Events Rate + Free Transfer option if you would like to use the complimentary hotel provided airport transfer. (See Travel Transportation below for further information).
4. Click "Add"
5. Enter the Promo Code MMWFEB22FPM in the Comments section when checking out.
6. If you have your flight information, you can also enter it in when checking out. If not, you can leave it blank and refer to Transportation below.
7. Complete your booking, and that's it! Please notify Caroline or Matt when you have booked.
Promo Code Notes:
1. The code is valid from May 7, 2021 to December 2nd, 2021.
2. After December 2nd, 2021, any changes made to reservations made under the promo code or any new bookings will be under the rates at that point in time.
3. The Promo Code rate is exclusive for "Events Rate + Free Transfer" only. The Promo Code will not apply to "Room + Flight" options.

Both Club areas (Finest Club and Excellence Club) are considered VIP areas of the resort. These categories have access to exclusive lounge areas, restaurants, beach areas nd pools. Click here for more detail of what is offered in the Club areas.
Finest Area guests do not have access to the Finest Club Area or Excellence Club Area.
Excellence Club guests can have access to the Finest Area and the Finest Club Area.
Finest Club guests can have access to the Finest Area and the Excellence Club Area (only if they are adults: 18 years or above to have access to the Excellence Club).
We highlighy recommend that our guests choose an Excellence Club or Finest Club Room. This will ensure that our guests are all in the same two buildings and have access to Finest Club and Excellence Club.
Transportation
All suite-only reservations that have a minimum of 3 nights made directly through the website will receive free round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. This service is provided by Seasons Tours.
When Booking, please provide your flight information in the "Guest Details" form before you book.
If you do not have your flight information at the time of booking, please contact transfers@seasonstours.com with your flight information when it has been booked and reservation number to program your transfer.
If you don't wish to use the above option, feel free to research and pick a transfer company of your choosing!
Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Most major airlines have direct flights into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please keep in mind that you do need a valid passport to enter Mexico. (See FAQs for more information).
Cancun International Airport is just 25 minutes away from the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. Please see the Airport Transfer Service Note for free round-trip transportation.
Childcare
The Ceremony and Reception are adult only events. However, children are allowed at the resort. Please follow the link for childcare information.
