The ultimate way to see all that Richmond has to offer is by booking a Tuk Tuk tour that takes you to every cool place in Richmond basically on a glorified golf cart. It’s ~$40 per person, groups up to six people. It’s about a two hour ride and BYOB.
If you’re looking for something to do indoors in downtown RVA, check out Hotel Greene! Play putt putt in a vintage, slightly “haunted” hotel setting, with food and silly cocktails available.
The “real faux history” of the hotel claims it was founded by Emil Gorski (Caroline’s mom’s maiden name!) so worth checking out the little video on the website for the story.
Probably Richmond’s most famous and awarded brunch spot. It is an authentic Jewish deli with a wide range of unique food options.
The VMFA is free to enter, and has SO much beautiful art from around the world throughout history. They also have a cute cafe and lovely outdoor areas.
According to Jabria, The Jasper has the best cocktails, hands down. They are always incredibly well-balanced, unique, and delicious. Located in Careytown, this is a super cute area with lots of local shops to check out as well.
A historical and stunning hotel to check out, with the best espresso martinis according to Becca! Depending on the time of day you may need a reservation, but they often take walk ins at the bar.

- James River Canal walk. It’s right down by the river and you can finish it off with lunch at Casa del Barco
- Maymont is a 100-acre estate with really pretty gardens, a petting zoo and a museum you can tour
There are locations in both West Creek and Downtown - West Creek is a HUGE location. Beer enthusiasts travel to visit these breweries.
Located in Powhatan, this is where the Krolickis got engaged!
Bop around Scott’s Addition for The Veil, Bingo Beer Hall, Vasen Brewing, The Hoffheimer, Strangeways Brewing, Three Notch’d Collab House, among others!
