Ben and Caroline both attended Mt. Juliet High School and graduated in the class of 2018. In the spring of their senior year, they applied and were invited to participate in the Tennessee Science Bowl, the first-ever team from MJHS. Ben and Caroline first connected during this weekend event. Feelings sparked when Ben surprised Caroline by attending her last basketball game of the season that same night they returned from the trip!

Ben asked Caroline to the prom after a few weeks of rollerskating, dinner dates, and meeting parents. They both love watching the Nashville Predators on the ice, and have since attended several games together.

Prom night came and went. It was a night to remember (and so were the pics)!

Ben and Caroline first went on vacation together when they went to Panama City Beach, FL with Ben's family in June 2018. They have since both shared a love for the beach.

They still both go to the same places they share beach memories!

Though they had to part ways for college, this wouldn't last long. Caroline transferred from UT Chattanooga to UT Knoxville after their first year in hopes to get into vet school there, as well as to see Ben more often.

Ben and Caroline have visited Holiday World, Dollywood, and Kentucky Kingdom since being together. They love to explore theme parks and hope to visit many more!

This was one of the first UT football games that the couple attended as both students! They were elated to be able to go to games more often together.

In June of 2020, sweet niece Nora was born. Ben and Caroline were so excited to have a little one to love on. They have hundreds of photos together now.

Fall break of their senior year of college, the couple visited Chattanooga, TN and got to revisit all of the places they went while Caroline was at school there 3 years before. They love traveling to zoos, where Ben often captures pictures of Caroline with her nose pushed up against enclosure glass.

Ben graduated college on this day in 2022 with his BS in Mechanical Engineering!

Caroline was accepted to the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine on June 2, 2022. This photo captures the moment Caroline got to see where she would study, cry, and meet good friends over the next 4 years in vet school for the first time.

Ben and Caroline's first selfie together in their new Minnesota apartment. Ben moved to Minnesota on October 3, 2022 to follow his love on her new journey to become a veterinarian. They have since begun a new adventure together as Minnesotans and have loved every minute!

An adjustment to Minnesota winter happened, and it happened fast! It snowed over 7 feet their first winter season!

Golf has been a staple for them in Minnesota! They have enjoyed the sport from their time at UT through today and are excited for summer 2024 golf season.

On October 30, 2023, the couple welcomed their first little one into the family. Nephie has since been the joy of their lives and the bane of their plants' existence.

Ben proposed to Caroline on April 11, 2024. They are so excited to share their big day with you. Thank you to all who have supported them in any way, big or small, on their journey. See you at the ceremony!
