Cocktail attire in black, white, and gray/silver. (YES! Please wear white!) We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a cocktail or mid-length dress.

A brief ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We recognize that late May can be quite warm, so small hand held paper fans will be available. The remainder of the evening will be held indoors.

We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture our special moment during the ceremony so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. We ask that you keep all phones on silent and tucked away during the ceremony. Please feel free to capture the reception through your prospective as the bride and groom will invite you to share any images and videos captured.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. There will be a space provided on your invitation if a plus one is designated. Thank you for understanding.

Unfortunately, there is not a designated block of hotel rooms due to the holiday weekend and the Indy 500. There will be travel recommendations under the Travel tab of our website. If you are having trouble finding affordable accommodations, please contact the bride and groom.

The Barn at Bay Horse Inn has plenty of parking available for our guests. Please enjoy our wedding responsibly and plan to leave safely.
