Will there be events throughout the wedding weekend for guests to attend?

Yes, we want each of our guests to enjoy every night of our Labor Day weekend wedding! There will be events for everyone to enjoy from Friday, August 30 through Sunday, September 1.

Can you tell me a bit more about each of those events?

The weekend will kick off with a welcome party on Friday, August 30. The fun will continue to Saturday, August 31 with a post-toast celebration. Finally, the festivities will culminate with the wedding on Sunday, September 1. For more details, please see below.

When should I book my transportation and accommodations?

The block rates are live as of September 1, 2023. We recommend booking as soon as you are able since labor day weekend is a popular time to visit Beaver Creek!

Where is the welcome party?

The welcome party is at C Bar at Beaver Creek Chophouse, located at the base of Centennial Lift, Beaver Creek, Colorado, 81620.

Who may attend the welcome party?

Everyone is welcome to attend the welcome party!

What time is the welcome party?

The welcome party will begin at 8:30PM on Friday, August 30.

Will there be food served at this event?

We will be serving light bites!

How can I get to C Bar?

From the heart of Beaver Creek Village, it is only a short walk to get to C Bar!

What is the attire for this event?

The attire is Colorado Casual. We know many of you will be just arriving in town, so come as you are!

• The Rehearsal Dinner & Post Toast •

Where will the rehearsal dinner and post toast take place?

The events will both take place at Saddleridge at Beaver Creek, located at 44 Meadows Lane, Beaver Creek, Colorado, 81620.

Who may attend the rehearsal dinner?

The rehearsal dinner is an invitation only event.

What time is the rehearsal dinner?

The rehearsal dinner begins at 5:30PM on Saturday, August 31.

Who may attend the post toast party?

Everyone is welcome to attend the post toast party!

What time is the post toast?

The post toast will begin at 7:30PM on Saturday, August 31.

Is there parking at Saddleridge?

There is no parking at Saddleridge.

How can I get to Saddleridge?

The best way to access Saddleridge is via shuttles that pick up in Beaver Creek Village. Shuttles will pick up from Centennial Station at 4:45PM for Rehearsal Dinner guests and 7:15PM for Post Toast Guests.

What is the attire for these events?

The attire is Mountain Chic. Boots, hats, and upscale western wear are welcomed and encouraged!

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Beano’s Cabin, a beautiful and private restaurant located on the mountain.

When is the wedding?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM on Sunday, September 1.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Yes, the only way to and from the wedding will be via shuttles that pick up in Beaver Creek Village. Shuttles will pick up from Centennial Station at 3:15PM.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Formal attire. Gentlemen would be appropriately dressed in suits and ladies in elegant dresses with a flat shoe or block heel. We also suggest you bring a wrap or jacket.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both! The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lawn of Beano’s Cabin. Following the conclusion of cocktail hour, we will move indoors for a seated, plated dinner. Finally, we will finish the evening off with dancing in the heated tent on the patio.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

We want to see the joyful faces of the people we love, so we ask that you please turn off phones and cameras until after the ceremony.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with your choice of entree to be ordered on-site.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please denote any allergies on your RSVP card so that Beano's staff may take the necessary precautions. Additionally, feel free to reiterate your allergen concerns to your server at the reception.

What if I am vegetarian?

A vegetarian meal option will be made available upon request.

Is Beaver Creek walkable?

Absolutely! The village is very walkable and offers plenty of things to do.

What if I don't feel like walking?

Feel free to utilize the complimentary Beaver Creek Shuttle Service. For more information, check out the Transportation tab.

What is the weather like in Beaver Creek around Labor Day?

We recommend that you always check the forecast. Typically, the weather in September is a beautiful 75° during the daytime and in the evenings the temperature cools to about 45°.

Are there any special events happening in Beaver Creek that weekend?

Yes! Over Labor Day weekend, Beaver Creek hosts their annual Oktoberfest celebration. Be sure to check out the food and festivities in the village!

Where can I go to keep the party going late night?

The Coyote Café stays open later than any other spot in the Village with bar service continuing until 1:30AM.

What is Caroline & Layne's favorite activity?

One of our favorite things to do in Beaver Creek is take the chairlift up to Spruce Saddle and hike down!

How can I access the chairlift?

You would need to purchase a summer chairlift pass. It is entirely optional, but certainly recommended if you want to check out Spruce Saddle or venture out on certain hikes. Passes can be purchased online or in the village.
