Like many other singles in the 2020s, Caroline & Patrick met on a dating app! When they first met, Patrick lived only 10 minutes across town from Caroline. Their first date was at 6 Points Pub, a quick walk from Patrick's apartment and a 3 minute drive from the house Caroline grew up in.

After the passing of her father, Caroline wanted to live closer to her mother in Frenchtown, NJ, and moved about an hour away from Patrick - only a few months into dating. Despite the distance and Patrick's Grad School schedule, they made it work!

After school ended, Patrick and Caroline moved in together in Somerville, NJ in July 2023 and got engaged in December 2023. After a year of Somerville apartment living - they bought a house in High Bridge, NJ and are enjoying their little family of two cats (Penelope and Fiona,) and puppy (Simon).
