Another favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning in Portsmouth! Open from 8am-noon at 1 Junkins Ave., a quick walk from downtown. Make sure to get a breakfast sandwich from Kellie Brook Farm!

Another great way to explore Portsmouth via water. The Gundalow Company and Portsmouth Harbor Cruises offer 1-2 hour tours along the Piscataqua river, departing from downtown Portsmouth.
Downtown Portsmouth is home to excellent (sales tax-free!) shopping - some of our favorites to browse include Gus & Ruby Letterpress, Attrezzi, LeRoux Kitchen (olive oil and vinegar), Salt Cellar.
If you have a car and the time, then we also recommend venturing to the Kittery Outlets in Kittery, Maine (about 10 minutes away). Here, you will find stores including J. Crew Factory, Lululemon Outlet, and the Kittery Trading Post!
Downtown Portsmouth is home to over 75 walkable restaurants! Our favorites for lunch or dinner include BRGR Bar (burgers) and Jumpin' Jay's Fish Cafe (seafood). Other popular options include The Library (steakhouse), Row 34 (seafood, especially oysters), Massimo (Italian), Moxy (tapas), Barrio (tacos), Geno's (casual sandwiches and chowder). The options are endless!
