The bride & groom receive every penny! However, there is a 2.5% processing fee charged to guests.

• The ceremony will be outdoors, with comfortable chairs for seating. Should it rain, the ceremony will move to the reception tent. •The reception will be under a large tent (with sides should the weather require them) • An old barn will house the catering, cake, gifts & cards, guest "book", drinks and a photo "booth" area. Ladies, think grass/lawn when choosing your footwear!

We would love for you to dress up for the occasion, yet be comfortable,, The average temperature in East TN for the end of June hovers around 80 degrees mid-day, however by the 4:00pm ceremony it should be more comfortable. 'The reception tent will be in a more shaded area.

We sure hope so! We have a large section of the property designated for parking...AND there will be the option of valet type parking as well as rides provided to and from the parking area.
