See if you can find the Canova family name on one of the monuments downtown.
Enjoy samples of Florida's first bourbon , or, if bourbon isn't your thing, try the rum, vodka, or gin!
There are free self guided tours and a paid guided experience (with more generous tastings).
The Spirit of Florida guided experience is my favorite, with more detail, history, and larger tasting. Make sure you book the guided tasting.
There's also a gift shop on the first level and a great restaurant upstairs.
Enjoy, at your leisure, a self-guided complimentary winery tour and wine tasting, where you can taste a selection of our wines on a walking tour!
You can also enjoy a short audio-visual presentation in our upstairs theater and discover the art of winemaking as you learn the important details of our 5,000 gallon stainless steel tanks where the wine is fermented and stored prior to bottling. It's fun and educational for the whole family! Children are welcome, however tasting wine is offered only to adults of 21 years and over with a valid I.D.

If you plan to stay Sunday night (24) get special Night of Lights tickets to see the beautiful lights adorn the historic rooftops and bay front.
See some of the original houses in St Augustine, one of which the Canovas trace their roots back through.
One of my (Carrie) favorite places to go as a teenager, the Mission is a beautiful, sprawling shrine and grounds by the bay.
(The trolley makes a stop here too!)
It's not a visit to St Augustine without seeing the fort!
Enjoy the grounds and outside of the fort or go inside and watch

The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park began in the late nineteenth century as a small exhibition of Florida reptiles and soon became a quintessential Florida attraction. Today it functions as a modern zoo serving the public and the scientific community with educational shows and exhibits, important research, and worldwide conservation efforts. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm’s history as an attraction and an accredited zoo is nearly as exciting as zipping across the Alligator Lagoon on Crocodile Crossing, the park’s thrilling zip-line attraction

Drive across the historic Bridge of Lions to visit one of our many beautiful beaches.
I like to go a bit further from the pier, to Butler Beach or Crescent Beach, so there's less people and traffic.
