We met first day of freshman year at Lewis University. Kyle was a member of the Volleyball team, and I was on the Track and Field team. We became best friends immediately.

We started officially dating in August of 2020. He was starting his 5th year at Lewis, and I had an apartment in Schaumburg. We took turns driving to each other every single weekend throughout the school year.

We adopted our sweet boy Max, and Kyle moved into the 700 sq. ft apartment with Max and I, once he graduated from college.

We packed up our lives and bought our first home in Chapel Hill, TN in April of 2022. We could not have chosen a better town to call our home. It's small, quiet, and absolutely beautiful.

Kyle and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary a day early. He took me to Cork and Cow, in Franklin, TN. We enjoyed our steak dinner, wine and whiskey. When I gave him his card, he got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him.

The next day we headed to Lake of the Ozarks to celebrate with our friends and family before the chaos of wedding planning began :-)
