For 85% of our guests, this is an out of town wedding! Minnesota has two main airport terminals. Southwest & Sun Country fly into Terminal 2, and all other airlines go into Terminal 1. Security is pretty normal and usually wouldn't take anyone greater than 30 min to get through (Terminal 2 is usually substantially quicker). The airport is about ~30 min from the hotel. You shouldn't have a problem ubering to the hotel and back.

We will be having a small celebration the night prior to the wedding to spend extra time with our friends & family (especially since so many people are coming from out of town). This will be at the attached Restaurant/Bar to the Minneapolis Marriott West (the recommended hotel). Please feel free to join us!

Yes! There will be welcome drinks & cocktails during the cocktail hour, wine and beer during dinner & an open bar during the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you.

For the welcome party on Friday night, attire is casual/no dress code. For the wedding on Saturday, we ask guests wear Semi Formal attire. Go crazy, look hot, do your thing.

Our ceremony starts at 4:30 we ask that you arrive no later than 4:15. We will have cocktail hour with drinks and Hors D'oeuvres right after the ceremony on site, followed by dinner & dancing until 11:30PM. We will have shuttles running throughout the evening for those that would like to leave early, or those that would like to stay to the very end!

We’re asking that guests do not have their phone out during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer (she’s won awards for top in the state!!) and this ensures she won’t have to edit phones out of her shots. Hang up and hang out!!

We will have two shuttles for our guests running from the Mariott hotel to the venue and back throughout the night. You are absolutely welcome to use UBER/LYFT but given we are in the 'burbs, there is always a possibility of a longer wait time.

Due to a limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the RSVP.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony will be outside. The reception is connected to the ceremony space and will be indoors with the option to step out onto the patio. September is one of Minnesota's most beautiful months. It is usually still very warm.
