On this day, Donovan was fortunate enough to catch a late night showing of the hottest show in town- The Three Little Pigs and the Trial of the Big Bad Wolf at the Historic Desoto Theatre in Rome

It was from the audience at the Rome Little Theatre, where Donovan first laid eyes on his bride-to-be (that's her, in the bailiff uniform, being very serious).

Through close connections (wink, wink, Claire), Carson and Donovan became close friends all throughout high school. Almost weekly, they would get dinner together, see a movie, or carpool to school together

And when Carson needed a last-minute date to the prom, guess who showed up for her.

After spending the first half of summer going to Six Flags with their friends, Carson and Donovan made a solo trip. For reasons unknown to us all, they couldn't help but hold hands all day. It was a long drive home until Donovan asked "what are we?" This was the very first day of what would turn into the rest of their lives.

So.

Many.

School.

Dances.

Something weird is in the air in 2020, and Carson and Donovan have to spend some time apart.

Carson graduates from Georgia Highlands College and is off to Kennesaw to finish her undergraduate degree! Luckily, Donovan is already living in the city, and they're going to be basically neighbors!

So many college dances too!

Their first time hosting Thanksgiving dinner. This event was so spectacular that it will be recounted in history books.

Their precious baby Pippin loses his leg in a ferocious battle. He was very brave.

6 1/2 years later, they found themselves back at the Historic Desoto Theatre, where everything began. Donovan finally asks the perfect question. And Carson says yes. Obviously.
