Guestroom Block: September 13-15, 2024 at a discounted rate of $159/night. The block will encompass a variety of room types including Classic Kings and Double Queens, Deluxe Double Queens, Junior Suites, and Two-Room King Suites. They will start with a block of 10 rooms and once those rooms are filled, they are happy to extend the block rate to additional guests based upon availability. They recommend calling sooner rather than later. They also honor the discount two days prior to and two days following your wedding date for guests who desire to extend their stay. The cut-off date is six weeks prior to arrival, and any rooms that are not reserved by this time will be released back into their general inventory. Shuttle Service: The Clubhouse Hotel & Suites does offer complimentary shuttle service to/from the ClubHouse and RiverHaven. They have two shuttles: the Mercedes Sprinter can accommodate up to 12 guests and the Suburban can accommodate 7. They typically take one shuttle per run and Midnight is the last call for the shuttle, but they are happy to accommodate a slightly later run around 12:15-12:30 am if needed.
