Henry and Carson met at The Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist at bible study. Carson had been living 45 minutes away on a barrier island nearby and decided to try out the bible study one random Wednesday in March.

Thankfully she went, Carson met Henry that day! Over the next couple of weeks, Carson and Henry would chat after bible study and went on a date.

Henry took Carson around the Charleston Waterfront and Battery Park and to the restaurant, Swig & Swine (the Caters of the Wedding). The date was great!

Sadly over the summer of 2023, Carson had to move back to Saint Petersburg, FL for work. Over the summer, Henry visited a lot. In October, Carson finally moved back.

Henry proposed to Carson on January 20, 2024 at the Folly Beach Pier!
